The process you design is what I love the most about being a creative. How it comes together so seamlessly and how it always evolves as your skill set evolves. As someone who is born + bred in New York, I’ve been exposed to a plethora of resources on different levels of information, as well as a plethora of resources at my disposal. As a child I would pick up a cheap camera from the pharmacy with the change I found around the house and saved up enough till I was able to buy it, then passed it off to a friend who is studying film development, the film gets developed for free. Then scan in the pictures and mess around with them In Photoshop, add in some clean text in Illustrator, and then curate them with Indesign to create a book. After making a book, try animating to develop a short film to expand the narratives. The process is never ending because there is no end goal to what you create, there will always be another step you will take.”
